playing the waiting game

so for the past couple of months I've been experiencing extreme pain in my lower back and as of the past week nausea vomiting and a high fever. A urine test has shown blood in my urine which could be signs of a kidney infection/stones or worse that my kidney's are starting to fail. will have to wait on the blood test to find out just how bad it is but with any luck it'll only be a minor infection that is easy to fix
